America's favorite life and business coach will combine luxury and science-backed health optimization through premier hotels and longevity centers. The first center will open later this year in Los Angeles.

Famed peak performance coach Tony Robbins has officially announced the launch of The Estate, a revolutionary luxury hotel brand centered on cutting-edge longevity and wellness practices. Designed to serve individuals and families alike, The Estate blends five-star comfort with world-class bio-optimization, setting guests up to enjoy rest, rejuvenation, and vitality at every age.
Robbins launched The Estate with Sam Nazarian, Founder and CEO of hospitality company SBE. The two wanted to move beyond just luxury vacations and open up avenues for peak long-term wellness.
The first Estate property, a longevity center, is expected to open by the end of 2025 in Los Angeles’ Century Plaza. As the brand’s flagship center, it will combine state-of-the-art preventative medicine, AI-fueled diagnostics, and longevity science. By the year 2030, Robbins and Nazarian plan to open 15 hotels in destinations like Miami; the United Kingdom; Montreux, Switzerland; Trento, Italy; St. Kitts; and the Gulf region. They also plan to open 10 preventative medicine and longevity centers near key global cities.
With meticulously curated environments that combine science-backed wellness protocols, advanced diagnostics, and immersive recovery experiences, each Estate property is built to support optimal performance, healthy aging, and generational well-being.
“As a results coach who helps people experience life to the fullest, I know that our health is our greatest asset,” said Tony Robbins. “The Estate is so much more than a luxury spa attached to a hotel. It’s an immersive ecosystem where people can indulge while making transformative changes that will enrich and extend their health.”
Robbins said that while many people are drawn to the idea of Blue Zones — areas around the world where people live healthier lives and often reach 100 years old — most don’t know how to achieve Blue Zone-level well-being. The Estate aims to take the guesswork out of health and longevity, giving guests customized road maps to address current health problems, prevent future ones, and live with greater vitality.
Kenneth Ryan is joining The Estate team as Chief Longevity Officer (CLO). Ryan has nearly 30 years of experience in the wellness hospitality space. He served for the last 15 years as the Vice President of Global Operations for Spa, Fitness, and Retail at Marriott International — the world’s largest luxury spa provider. Ryan managed 650 spas and a $540 million annual portfolio for Marriott, making him an ideal choice to oversee The Estate’s ambitious longevity initiatives.
The Estate will offer a full suite of prevention and wellness services, including:
- Access to a dedicated team of world-class medical professionals
- State-of-the-art diagnostics, including full-body scans
- Metabolic and genetic testing
- Hyperbaric chambers
- Red light therapy
- Cryotherapy
- Chef-inspired nutrition
- Movement-based activities for kids
With The Estate, Robbins continues his legacy of pushing boundaries and elevating human potential. For more than 4.5 decades, Robbins has provided personal coaching, business strategizing, and business growth events to help people and organizations overcome obstacles and get “unstuck.” He has written eight internationally best-selling books; coached luminaries including four U.S. Presidents, Serena Williams, and Andre Agassi; and empowered more than 100 million people through his audio programs, videos, and live seminars.
