CBIZ Appoints Additional National Industry Leaders to Ensure Delivery of Tailored Expertise to Clients

CBIZ, Inc. (NYSE: CBZ), a leading national professional services advisor, announced the appointment of seven new national industry leaders on the heels of announcing six national industry leaders in February. These appointments reinforce CBIZ’s commitment to industry specialization and delivering tailored expertise to clients.

The newly appointed leaders and their respective industries are:

  • Edward Bechold & David Bukzin – Capital Markets
  • Lou Biscotti – Food & Beverage
  • Tiffany Garcia – Government
  • Jim Low – Financial Services
  • Joseph Natarelli – Construction
  • Beth Wiener – Alternative Investments

Leader Bios

Edward Bechold – Capital Markets

Edward Bechold is a Managing Director in New York, NY. With over 20 years of experience, his focus has been on providing audit and business advisory services to large and small cap publicly traded companies. His expertise includes planning, managing and overseeing public company audit engagements; consulting on SEC compliance requirements for financial reporting; assisting leadership on strategic acquisitions, reverse mergers, private placements and public offerings. He advises both start-up and entrepreneurial enterprises on numerous complex financial reporting issues.

David Bukzin – Capital Markets

David Bukzin is the Regional Leader for the New York Metro Region. With more than 25 years of experience, his focus has been on advising clients on SEC policies, practices and procedures and has in-depth knowledge of registration and reporting requirements under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, including navigating the evolving public reporting landscape. He also has extensive experience in M&A, capital financing transactions and corporate financial advisory services.

Lou Biscotti – Food & Beverage

Lou Biscotti is the Managing Director in Melville, NY. With more than 40 years of experience, his focus has been on improving clients’ growth and profitability. He has guided many food and beverage companies' development, from small emerging entities to organizations worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He is best known for his work in manufacturing and distribution with food and beverage companies.

Tiffany Garcia – Government

Tiffany Garcia is a Managing Director in Austin, TX. With over 20 years of experience providing audit and consulting services, her expertise spans various industries, with a strong focus on serving the public sector, including state and local government clients. Her understanding of government entities' unique and complex fiscal, compliance, strategic, operational, and technology challenges underscores her proven track record of maintaining meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and helping public sector organizations achieve their goals.

Jim Low – Financial Services

Jim Low is a Managing Director in Providence, R.I. with over 30 years of experience. His focus has been in global, U.S.-based financial services organizations and FBOs, investment banking, regional banks, broker dealers and larger diversified institutions. He also has extensive experience in banking and capital markets industry issues. He has interacted with the Audit and Risk Committee board of director members and senior management, addressing various business cycles, issues, and events including SOX 404 (a)(b) implementation programs, both IPO’s and revamping existing programs, US GAAP and IFRS reporting and Regulatory compliance and risk management activities.

Joseph Natarelli – Construction

Joseph Natarelli is a Managing Director in New Haven, CT., with more than 35 years of experience advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He is a valued advisor on diverse construction projects, providing knowledge on improving job performance and enhancing profitability. Through the years, he has focused on helping contractors strengthen their understanding of complex financial concepts and strategic planning. He has also been a technical reviewer for the AICPA’s construction audit and taxation guides for over two decades.

Beth Wiener – Alternative Investments

Beth Wiener is a Managing Director in New York, NY. With over 30 years of experience, she oversees a team that serves the unique audit, tax and consulting needs of hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, management companies and their principals. She co-developed the Alternative Investment Group in 2000 and has been responsible for the practice's growth and day-to-day operations since its inception. Beth helps investment advisors navigate the complexities of regulatory and investor demands and keeps them current on industry developments. Beth also oversees coverage in the three leading fund domiciles globally – the United States, Grand Cayman and Ireland.
